All the recipes on this page contain at least one wild food ingredient, sometimes many, but rarely only wild food. Use these as a starting point for inspiration and experiment with other wild food and ingredients.

Some of the recipes are tagged as Vegan, Vegetarian or Non-vegetarian. Obviously you can add meat/fish if you want, and conversely some of the non-vegetarian meals can just have the meat/fish substituted or removed to make them vegetarian/vegan too.
